A place dedicated to help you see at direct, immediate experience the nature of reality as it is.
The Nondual Center offers a safe, loving space where you can explore the false idea of separation and the nondual nature of all.

If you feel a resonance and deep longing for freedom this invitation is for you.
When we gather in person something happens. Something beyond words and the recognition of how vast we are shines gently, yet direct.
Unexpectedly, yet deeply known.

Where: We fell in love in Sète, South France – a cosy, beautiful town surrounded by sea, lake and canals.
The accommodation takes place in a lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in a very quiet and peaceful area, right at the sea.

Possibilities: Stay in the center may vary a week, two weeks or more.
For stays up to two weeks – 200 euro/per day.
For more than two weeks – send an additional request specifying the period and you will be offered according to availability.
If you would like to come with a partner or a friend – 350 euro/per couple/per day.
Includes : accommodation in a single or double room, two sessions/explorations per day, different practices which may help soften the system to relax, ongoing emotional support during your whole stay.
Does not include meals – we discuss and decide day by day, splitting the budget.
We flow as a community and living together like that can be a unique and enriching experience.
Shared space – a spacious living room, an outdoor space and a terrace with a stunning sea view.

Supportive practices,

Breathing exercises, authentic movements, different role plays with the parts of ourselves which we abandon, neglect or claim as not deserving attention and love.

Although these practices are not a must they can influence the dynamics, soften the system by creating a peaceful and reflective environment. 

The unfolding during your stay doesn’t end with  the sessions or practices.

This is an ongoing invitation to deepen and reflect together through the whole day.

Chilling at the beach, going for a walk, buying groceries, cooking etc.

More about us: We are Luchana & Lubo – sharing the beauty of living non duality. 

We have been walking together for more than a decade so in love with each other and with the world. 
And just like for so many of us – challenges and suffering were the starting point of seeking. 
We both ended up having a guiding conversation at the Liberation Unleashed forum where with very simple, yet profound and direct questions it became obvious that there is no inherent autonomous self and there never was. What left – the beauty of the whole picture revealed itself.
We found the unbelievable gift of life, so rich, so juicy…

And now more than four years we are helping seekers from all over the world as guides in the same forum dedicated to helping you break free from the illusion of a separate self.

We were amazed to find that the so called non dual realisation is not the end, but just the beginning of liberation.

There are protective mechanisms, repressed emotions and trauma within the system and wounded places which long to be seen and loved. So we continue our work with Ilona’s Deep Looking method (Ilona Cuinate).  We’ve also been deeply touched and influenced mainly by Adam Chacksfield and his way of expressing, communicating and releasing all the unconscious, shadowy parts and freely playing with all of them..

By working with individuals and groups over the last two years from a strict nondual direct  pointing – we gently shifted and naturally evolved into a healing and tantra approach of reality –  there is so much curiosity and enjoyment to bring back the juiciness of life, to explore this  beautiful playground sharing together the infinite potential of the vast non dual space which we are.

Our goal is not to fix anyone, but to share what works for us and invite you to walk along if it resonates.

This online program is powerful one-on-one support which includes everyday conversation via email, and four zoom call meetings per month to help you realise the nature of your being :

• Seeing everything in its non-dual nature brings clarity and a soft, organic dropping of the mental constructions around the main belief in I, me.
  Seeing reality through concepts is so freeing – you start to see how many of your ideas about reality are really built on something unreal, like the illusion of a separate self. This helps to clear out a lot of the mental constructions.
• But then it’s really helpful to shift from mind to heart, and actually start living your life in a way that reflects that nondual understanding of reality.

–  Meeting everyday life situations, emotions, triggers, etc and seeing them in their nondual reality. 

• Living in nonduality is living with/out an anxiety, shame, guilt and the sense of unworthiness. Seeing those as mental constructions and realising you are absolutely free from that. 

• Living in nonduality is the end of repetitive situations, projected  by artificial models and protective mechanisms.

• Living in nonduality means that there is nothing wrong with you and there is no need to fix anything. 

• Living in nonduality as completely enough, loved, innocent and accepted exactly as you are.
  
• Living in nonduality is embracing it all, all layers – from the boundless space which we are to our humanness, creativity, inspiration and desires accepted with joy and wonder.

It feels like cosmic love because it is cosmic love. The path of liberation really is an act of love because the only reason we engage in egoic behavior, or the sense of self, is because we are looking for unconditional love. It is a natural, loving response of the universe to the search for love by offering love with no strings attached. It’s beautiful, truly.
